In the face of massive American resistance, Pelosi Reid and Obama insisted on creating a healthcare agenda despite the fact that it will cripple the American economy and create untold government expansion (Pelosi's crap sandwich , written behind closed doors and announced at a restricted from the public 'event' will affect 1/6 of the economy and create an additional, unprecedented 114 departments in the US government). Obviously 'representational' government and the US Constitution, are matters of unimportance to our current administration - but its time to let them know that you rate them both paramount.
November is a call to arms. Its time to throw these bums out - peaceably - please remember the names of these wasteful dangerous idiots when you next head to the voting booth. Libs of all stripes, as well as Rino's and ALL Democrats, must go if you want this great country to survive.

Organized attack groups, union thugs, Democrat mouth-pieces and flat-lined journalists are throwing charges of racism and slander without evidence or fact. In an obvious attempt to marginalize their opponents, and straight from the ridiculous pages of the Democrat handbook (Alinsky’s Rules for Radicals), so-called Progressives are advised NEVER to get into an argument where facts are required, and to ALWAYS call your opponent nasty names.
That might have worked in the 70’s, when Alinsky’s book came out.
The problem these days for the good little Marxist is that sound bites, camera’s, recorders, picture phones, and all sorts of media are everywhere – recording every moment. From the flag burning in DC and the incendiary rhetoric of Nader and other misguided misinthropes to Lewis’ fateful non-threatened walk to the House, every possible angle has been filmed and disseminated. Not only do we know with certainty that these heinous moments did NOT occur, we can reasonably calculate that when they do (in the future) they will be the work of IBEW or SEIU plants. The tea party’ers ( a disparate group of salt of the earth people concerned about the sharp leftist turn of the present administration, and determined to keep America free , government small, and politicians from constantly picking our pockets) are NOT the one’s causing trouble.
Remember this when you hear Matthews or Maddow or any of a dozen other liars attempt to smear your fellow patriotic Americans. These are dangerous people with a deadly agenda to control YOU.
Remember this too. In 2700 pages of a so-called healthcare bill there is clear documentation of the hiring of an additional 16,500 new IRS agents but not one mention of the training of any new dr’s or hospital building. More than anything else, THAT should be a clear tip-off where your President’s head is at.
On the day after , as he joked about the sun still shining and birds chirping, payments to Dr’s for Medicare patients were being cut by 21 % (that means soon no doctor will be able to afford taking on an elderly patient).
In 2008, the government owned ZERO % of the private sector. In Obama’s short administration (thus far) they now own 51% of the private sector, with GM and Chrysler, and banks, and student funding, etc.
And by their own admission, they are far from finished.
As he flits from project to project (‘we took 16 billion from the banks yesterday’ he admitted to a crowd in Maine recently. Under what authority he TOOK the people’s money, well, that’s a matter for another day isn’t it? That’s a matter for a man who takes laws and the Constitution seriously. For a man who’s feet journalists once held to the fire, not for the anointed one).
Print this short article out and staple it to your work cubicle. Affix it to your refrigerator. Think about it.
November is almost here. Either this President’s far-reaching destruction is hobbled, or your country is.

JUST SAY NO TO HEALTHCARE

This President said yesterday that Medicare will be sustained for an additional 10 years if his so called Healthcare Reform passes. No one asks him HOW he can cut billions and somehow make the system stronger.
This President states that he can add an additional 30 million people to the roster (whether they want it or not) and lower payments to the dwindling physician population, and that it will NOT raise costs or taxes. How? (well, no one asks this of course).
He says that your care will not be rationed or limited, and that there are no 'death panels'. . How can it not be ? Well, why ask?

Its obvious that this President is a liar. Its obvious that he wants to fundamentally change the greatest nation on earth, to make it more in line with the socialistic European countries that he admires so much more than his own country.
Surprisingly there is a small cabal who agrees with him. Not that many but enough to cause serious damage.
If ever there was a clarion call to fight back against Marxism , this is it! This is the greatest challenge to our freedoms (the right to choose your dr, the right to control your care, the right to hold on to as much of your 50% of income that the government has not yet attached) that we've faced. Obama's government is rife with graft, bribery, arm-twisting, contention, and the dissolution of our economy. More entitlement programs in the face of unemployment and the brink of depression. Obama et all has to be defeated in this first step toward socialism and then defeated roundly at the ballot box in November.
Anything less is a blow against your families, your cherished elderly, and the freedoms men and women have fought and died for over the last 234 years. Obama's childhood goals to bring America to the brink of Marxism has come close enough to reality to frighten any true Patriot. His success is based on the collapse of the United States.

Congressman Elect Bill Owens - Liar.

According to The Governeur Times, Congressman elect Bill Owens (D- NY) broke 4 campaign promises in his first hour of being elected (specifically stating he was AGAINST Nancy Pelosi's crap sandwich of so-called "health care" (actually nothing more than a Democrat power grab) and against screwing seniors who had Medicare, and then completely recanting his position once elected)
1/ The idiots who voted party parity should not be surprised. Once a skunk, always a skunk. And really if you're still so un-educated as to keep voting for Democrats after how they've screwed you and your country, then you pretty much deserve what you get.
2/ Falls in line with what I always maintain should be mandatory law: if you RUN under one set of rules but govern under another, you should be publicly tortured or executed on TV . Lying to the public JUST to get elected should carry harsh penalties - but then i guess if there were no lying bums, there'd be no one left to elect.

No sooner than Friday night and the end of the first presidential debates, the spin dr's were on tv giving the debate to Obama. In fact the first 40 minutes were a snooze between the two of them, but in the last half McCain clearly wiped the floor with Obama. Even Dr Kissinger got into the fray - refuting Barry's remarks during the debate on things he thought Dr K said.

Rather than taking care of their American constituents, Nancy and her ilk are still trying to spin the Fannie May debacle toward the Republicans (which of course they can't do, as their own hands are bloodier)and now the word on the street is that Palin is adding to McCain's woes.
Where did they get this one?
In fact Palin continues to energize the Republican campaign. Just one more reason McCain will cinch the prize for sure in November.

The problem with spin is - its made of fluff and nothingness, just like Obama's career.

So Chris Dodd, Chuck Schumer and Harry Reid fight Bush tooth and nail as he tries to introduce legislation to REGULATE home mortgages (through a 2003 bill engineered by John McCain). Wall Street goes bust, and who do we hear on TV blaming the Bush administration for the fallout?
That's right, the Three Stooges.

Instead of sharing the spotlight, these three buffoons should really be sporting leg irons. And there are others as well (Democrats of course).

Now we come to that fat pig Charlie Rangel. Convicted felon, bloviating jackass. Currently being charged with NOT paying his share of taxes on $75,000 worth of earnings. And what is Charlie's job? Oh that's right - overseeing taxes!
On top of that the fat ass (who is ALWAYS on the wrong side of intelligence) makes a statement on Meet the Depressed (or its ilk) that Sarah Palin is 'handicapped.'
He even repeats the dopey comment when the anchor gives him a chance to recant.
What does that even mean?
Charlie, the only piece of human crap who is handicapped is YOU. Do us all a favor - dry up and blow away, will you?

A gentleman, an activist, a generous entrepeneur, and one of the last century's finest actors: Paul Newman passed away yesterday at the age of 83. Still as cool as ever, Paul is an example to liberals everywhere that you don't have to be an in your face blowhard to get your message across.
And what a fine example of a life well-lived.
Married to Joanne Woodward since 1957 without scandal (he would say 'why go looking for hamburger when i've got steak at home?') , over 250 million dollars given to charities through his Newman's Own products (and quality products they are). The Hole in the Wall gang camp for children with cancer (free of charge to its young guests)..
Butch Cassidy, Cool Hand Luke, Fast Eddie, Henry Gondorff, Hud, Hombre...the list goes on and on.

Omg, we all suffered through the ponderous bloviating of Obama in War show: not to mention his pompous remarks about the surge (yeah the one HE opposed) working but adding quickly that he doubted even GW knew how WELL it would work.
At one point he told the press that he was responsible for the "57" states (i think he meant 57 varieties) and that he HAD to get to know foreign leaders because he would be working with them for "8 to 10 years" (even two terms is only 8 years, genius).
My favorite point of the Obama in War show was when he explained to the press "i'm not the President - yet"
No S. Obama. there's a little thing called an ELECTION first. ever hear of it?

The only person in DC more full of themselves at this point is the nauseating Speaker of the House, Nancy (the skeleton) Pelosi.

Do these jerks really represent a viable force in today's politics? How sad.

It goes on to detail about 'immigration reform advocates are organizing a rally in support of workers arrested at a meatpacking factory in Iowa.

People like this are quoted in the story:

"Our national immigration policies are tearing apart and hurting hardworking, taxpaying people who are just here trying to support their families," said Tom Walsh of the Jewish Council on Urban Affairs, a Chicago-based group helping organize the rally.

-other sympathetic lines like this run through the story...

Most of the 389 workers arrested were charged with using false identification or incorrect Social Security numbers. Two plant supervisors were later charged with aiding and abetting the possession and use of fraudulent identification.

Authorities said some undocumented workers who were sole caregivers for children were allowed to return home with ankle bracelets that monitor their movement. However, immigrant reform advocates claimed those parents aren't able to find work and must rely on handouts.

"This enforcement-only approach creates massive human suffering, separation of families and economic dislocation," Gideon Aronoff, CEO of the New York-based Hebrew Immigrant Aid Society, said earlier this month.

In fact the only thing missing from this story is the word illegal. . Not mentioned at all, anywhere.

This makes the story, and stories like it, disingenuous and sneaky.
To whit: people here illegally are not immigrants. They're felons.
I'm sure if the story had been cast in a more honest way, comments from so-called immigration groups will sound as insipid and anti-American as they really are.

The bank attributes its final run and collapse to things Schmuckie said to the press.

This is a feather in Schmuckie's cap. Democrats don't care how much they ruin America or run down its resources. As long as they come out of it unscathed, its another political win and business as usual.

(And where is that other charlatan Senator still drawing money on New York's payroll? Oh, that's right. Trying to win back money she spent on her campaign while pretending to help Obama run for Prez).

Too Much Gas...

Drilling off the coast, or even the stated intention of drilling off the coast, will have the desired effect of bringing gas prices down.
Critics may opine that its only a temporary fix (as they complain incessantly that the death penalty does not deter crime - which it certainly does, at least for THAT criminal - or that taking away handguns will deter crime, which the facts do not bear out) , but certainly we may be in a stronger position next time the dice rolls and oil goes over 100 dollars a barrel.
Critics demand a "windfall tax" , in the same way that communists always complain about anyone who makes a profit, but if the oil companies make 4 % profit working 35 year old mines, coaxing the precious mixture from the earth, refining it, shipping it, etc., I'd like to know how the government can make 54 % profit for not doing anything.
If allowed to its own devices, government will kill its own cash cow in the same way that they drove Phillip Morris out of New York.
Basically all we have to do is enforce Republican laws already on the books - and convince our Democratic brothers that this pill is swallowed for the good of all the people , not just its thorny constituents.

further resistance to the fact that gun ownership REDUCES crime rates.
persistent complaints that the death penalty does not deter crime (it certainly does for THAT person though, right?).
treating prisoners picked off the battlefield with the same rights as Americans (kind of lets us know in what esteem our Democratic brethren hold us, doesn't it?).
McCain's lack of experience in the economic arena.
Obama's lack of experience in - - everything.

Yup yup yup.

Food for the Sunday Grist Mills..

So that was a cute one last week.

Much like Bill bringing in the race card, followed by Hillary's quick smarmy denial, we find that pipsqueak Benedict Arnold William Clark besmirching McCain's record, and then a quick distance performed by the increasingly slimy Mr. Obama.

McCain - to his credit, taking a page from President Bush - decided not to get into the slime with these boneheads. We can see in microcosm how Obama is going to run his campaign: a quick hit from a nothing jerk like Pelosi or Reid or Clark , followed by a smooth 'it wasn't me' from the young Mr. Barack.

He's learned quickly from the original slimebags from Arizona how to fight a nasty campaign when you most certainly can't win on merit.

Another lesson of course is to spew your vitriol on a Friday - this gives the liberal Sunday talking heads , like Meet the Depressed and Bob Schiefer's dull little gabfest, a chance to spread the word over the weekend, before the Monday denials and it wasn't me's.

Aren't Americans tired of this stupid game? While Congress goes on yet another vacation this week - still not deciding on the foreign bill allowing us to spy on known terrorists overseas , a program that has already demonstrably saved lives - Rome burns.

Pelosi et al have proven what we knew all along. That a Democratic Congress simply does not work. Its been the most ineffective sit- on -your -ass group of doddering no-nothings in the history of that august body.
So Congress gambles with the lives of every American because they dislike Bush and puts their party ahead of America's safety, while our Supreme Court proves over and over that a few rotten potato's can indeed ruin an entire souffle.
Their latest attempt to give terrorists picked off the field of battle the same rights that American's enjoy proves once again where the fidelity of the Democratic party lies. Certainly not with its own country.

The next time you hear a Democrat tell you that he's just as patriotic as the next guy, try not to laugh in his face?

Obama wants some sort of unspecified 'change'. He's asking me to give him the job of Leader of the Free World - the biggest and certainly the most important job in the world.
He has NO record, no experience, and a horrific track record of picking friends (and lovers), yet he maligns OUR President?

39 years ago today, terrible news from London that Judy Garland was gone at the age of 47. doesn't seem like that long ago, does it?

then Gordon Macrea, Elvis, Bing Crosby, Dean Martin, two of the Beatles,Perry Como, Jack Benny and Jackie Gleason, George Burns and Groucho, Sinatra...all gone too soon and , not surprisingly, they have never been replaced. how can they be?

i talked to a woman in her thirties this week who had never heard of Red Skelton, never watched The Godfather or Butch Cassidy, never heard of Glen Campbell or John Denver.
its astounding what young people have missed (and really have no interest in ever seeing).

At 10, i knew all the vaudeville stars, the silent film people.. I once chastised a young woman for not knowing about the holocaust; she told me it was 'before her time'.
'So was the Civil War, but I know about it', I answered.

There really is no excuse for ignorance.

A place to keep track of the nutty movements of town kooks: a tool that CIA or FBI may also monitor. It certainly seems more feasible than expecting our covert men and women to be everywhere at once. Sort of a Dick Tracy Junior G-man club with the technology of the internet and the eyes of a neighborhood watch.

News outlets are giddy this weekend with stories of the annointed one's heroic battles to screw McCain on private funding (after accepting it for months) or on Obama's decision to eschew drilling in favor of appropriating 150 billion of YOUR tax dollars and putting them into research other than oil.
Like corn stalks and waste products.

No need to see who the flip-flopper apparent heir is - Obama has flip flopped on a multitude of issues, from his stances on Israel, to the church he belonged to for 20 years, to handling rogue states, to campaign financing.
This guy is more slippery than Bill Clinton on his best day.

The fact of the matter is that liberalism costs American lives (as we've discovered in last week's disastrous decision to give terrorists picked off the field of battle carte blanche in America's courtrooms) and money.

Its time we realized after 40 years that liberalism doesn't work. And its dangerous.

Calling for Jemele Hill's Firing

ESPN's resident bonehead Jemele Hill recently likened fans of the Celtics to Nazi sympathizers. Normally I could care less what this pinhead thinks but in THIS particular case this is the same jerk who called for Don Imus to be fired when he came out with something she didn't like.

Well I'm deeply offended by her stupid remark. And I'd like her to be fired.

Is sensibility based solely on skin color in Ms Hill's world? Is there no measure or yardstick to judge HER careless and stupid remarks?

And while we're at it, I'd also like to see Whoopie Goldberg's firing. She too called for Don Imus' firing, in spite of the fact that she told a New York audience that our President was a (C- word). (This too deeply offended me)

(In fact, while I'm at it, I'm STILL waiting for Pennsylvania-idiot Murtha's resignation (which I've asked him for several times via email) for calling our brave Marines "murderers").

I want everyone who says anything that I don't agree with fired.

The State of the State

Here we are at the (approximate) midpoint of the electoral process, and what have we got? Obama is crying about a derogatory website and a sock puppet. McCain is doing his best to rankle his OWN supporters. And Marxism is alive and well on the political front.
Just some general thoughts:
Jimmy Carter used to have likeness' of himself as a PEANUT; caricatures of JFK featured his big front teeth; Nixon was portrayed with beady eyes, a sharp pointed nose, and a receding hairline. Cartoonists and satarists are going to have a hard time accentuating Obama's features if everything is portrayed as racist. People who make their living lampooning politicians will have a harder time than Dutchmen making movies about Al Queda.
He also commented this past Friday at a fundraising dinner in Philadelphia that "if they bring knives, we bring guns".
(you won't hear this reprinted in today's liberal media)
Certainly SOUNDS like Presidential material...

McCain says he is a whiz at economics, and then pronounces that he's had it with people who make big profits. Perhaps he was NOT referring to Milton Friedman capitalist economics but rather to the failing policies of Cuba and Russia (my bad).

This is certainly shaping up to be an exciting political fight. Please do me a favor? Wake me when its over?

Tim Russert seemed like a nice guy, someone you'd tip a glass with, but an opinionated talking head nonetheless.
I'd no more call him an 'esteemed journalist' (as I heard all weekend) than I would ascribe those qualities to Rush Limbaugh.
They are each of them biased in their fashion: questions and guests tailored to their particular viewpoint. There is absolutely nothing wrong with this, but please do NOT laud them as exemplary journalists! Its almost as bad as calling Matt Lauer and Katie Couric entertaining or knowledgeable!

Kudo’s to the author of this detailed and thoughtful examination of the grievous nature of what’s been done to The Fugitive’s legion of fans and consumers (of which I count myself).

I too read the first few dvd reviews that said it was ‘not that big a deal’ and ‘give Paramount a break’, purchasing the 2nd season with considerable excitement the very day it was released, only to find the thrilling and mounting excitement of each scene excised by the dvd caretakers like a careless butcher hacking away at meat.

The Fugitive’s theme, which rose at the close of each Act, heightening the drama to delicious edge -of -your seat excitement replaced with humdrum tinny sounding MUZAK. The fact that the very title cards have been replaced INSIDE THE SHOW , rather than a separate essay of explanation or separate title card, tells me how little regard for the consumer that CBS has.

The picture transfer is sharp and clear. The acting, writing, directing are (no thanks to the new guys) pitch on. The care that went into the First Season to not fiddle too much with the original elements totally out the window.
Why not take out the basic plot of Romeo and Juliet and republish it with a frontispiece that reads YOUR name and “with additional help from William Shakespeare” on it?
What insult would that infer to a hack?

Taking a cue from one of the groups I belong to, I’ve petitioned Paramount to redo the set correctly and refund those hapless few (like me) who purchased the set for his library totally unaware.
I probably have a better chance of bringing Jannsen back from the dead but it would certainly be a stand-up thing to do. Some of us work very hard for our money - plunking down 30 or 40 bucks for a DVD with a tiny disclaimer on the back, only to find that ALL of the music bed has been excised , is a dirty trick to play on loyal fans.
A trick that won’t be forgotten next time we head to the store to make a purchase.

There is one caveat. The show is so terribly brilliant that even the hacks can’t totally destroy it. THE FUGITIVE is still riveting drama. The disagreement between critics (above) doesn’t take away from the fact that you all perform an admirable and necessary service; to keep the merchant honest and hold his feet to the fire when he tries to sell the consumer snake oil.

If I had never watched The Fugitive, i would still enjoy this release. Much of its dramatic element has been foolishly squandered by people who you would hope would know better, and have a higher regard for the quality of art it releases under its imprimatur. Its especially insulting as Fugitive fans have waited patiently FOR YEARS as they watched Punky Brewster and Alf get their own dvd releases only to see their dream dramatic series - the best ever, per Stephen King and a legion of others - raped and thrown out in the public arena deschevelé . David Jannsen, Barry Morse, etc. deserved much better treatment.

And so do the consumers.

Gore Vidal, the most irrelevant man on the planet, if you throw out Joe Biden and Howard Dean, went on a rant today in some Paris newspaper interview. Calling the US a fascist society, this bonehead went on to complain that it would take '100 years' to recover from George Bush's presidency.

What a jerk. Vidal was ALWAYS irrelevant - the only thing he ever wrote of any substance (and it was very little) was a Jerry Lewis movie back in the early 60's. He rode in on the coattails of Norman Mailer and Truman Capote, outlived his 15 minutes of fame by about 60 years, and continues to rear his venemous tongue every few thousand years. Who listens to him? Who takes him seriously?

He's a cantankerous little shrew who should get down on his knees and thank George for having the temerity to keep his shriveled well- abused ass free of terrorist tactics for the last 7 years. Does he? No.
Like all liberal losers he sees the glass half- full, and blames his saviors for his misery. Even that other jerk Sen. Rockefeller finally had to admit (in the Washington Post last week) - that despite YEARS of investigation - George Bush never lied (to get us into war) but instead relied on the intelligence information available and the prevailing sentiment of both Democrats and Republicans (and common sense).

No amount of explanation, proof or common sense will convince these self-destructive morons. They will go their graves convinced in their righteous but wrong-headed determination. Sad little idiots, aren't they?

Roberts and Scalia continue to be the only justices sitting on the Supreme Court with any brains or ability to understand the disastrous effect that the ruling of the "feckless five" will have on our court system and on America's safety.

Once again, flying in the face of sanity or any pretence of loving their country, the libs continue to chip away at the Constitution, like lemmings running to their own deaths (too bad they have to drag the rest of us with them).

Allowing constitutional rights to combatants who were picked off the battlefield during a time of war (that is, allowing them to take their cases to American courts), Democrat liberals continue to show their disdain for their own countrymen.
Nancy Pelosi - an abomination if ever there was one - applauded the decision as a major step forward (actually while she views it as a broadside against George Bush, the actual loser in this situation is the American public).

Which is just what I imagine Obama to be saying at this instant.
Now that he's secured his party's dubious nomination, how does a candidate with no credentials, voting record or stance on any of the important issues organize a winning campaign?
Obviously people are dumb enough to vote for you if you just stand there with a sign that reads "Change We Can Believe In" (no matter that you never explain what that change entails). But NOW WHAT?

We already know that you can't pick friends or spiritual leaders. We know too that you make Hilary "Madame Dufarge" Clinton look like a centrist.

But now, how to get the other 90% of the unsold (and one presumes your wife Michele might add 'unwashed') on your shaky little bandwagon..Hm. There's the rub.

Hilary and Obama are duking it out today in Puerto Rico. Hilary and Obama are splitting the delegate votes in Florida (a state on whose ticket Obama opted not to appear on). Obama left his hate-spewing church. Hilary's daughter and hubby are out stumping for her.
Is anyone as bored as I am by these numbskulls?

When Clinton ran for her second term in NY she specifically promised that she had no designs on the White House and would work hard as New York's Senator. I doubt that anyone believed that tripe but riddle me this - where else can you TAKE a job (and pay) and then - for 2 years - stop performing that job in order to apply for a better job?
Do these Senators have the best racket in the world, or what?
Am I the last angry man - the only one outraged that my tax dollars are being spent protecting someone who is flying around the country (on my dime again) stumping for a better job?

The Democrats are sick of the Clintons and "stuck" with Obama (whose demographics are plummetting when it comes to working class and the white female vote.
The Republicans are splintered and overrun with Rockefeller "liberal" Republicans of whom McCain is indicative. What's a conservative to do?

If we remembered Reagan in more than just name, reviewed Goldwater and his principles and how members of his own party (like Javitz) tried to hamstring him, and of course returned to the principals that makes this party truly great, we have a chance to regain our former glory and remind the world how we are not to be trifled with.

As it is, for now, we'll just have to hold our noses and wince as we vote for McCain. He's a decent man, a true war hero and patriot (who just happens to subscribe to some of Teddy's abominable policies and believes in dopey global warming, which is after all just another excuse to tax us more).

What the hell was that woman thinking? The last time I saw such a pathetic hairstyle it was on the Speaker of the House! Harry Reid would look like a body builder were he and Aiken set naked side by side.

Keith Olbermann, possibly the least talented man on tv, compares the right wing to jihadists in his latest diatribe against Dunkin' Donuts (for yanking a Rachel Ray ad where she wore a scarf that some idiots objected to).
As his ratings plummet, Keith tries to pull out all the stops to extend his 15 minutes of fading fame.

The sad part is, I agree with part of his message: that DD caved so willingly under pressure because a few boneheads complained about the color scarf she was wearing (comparing it to some of the rags that Arafat used to drape over his balding skull)leaves a bad taste in my mouth. I always thought their donuts were overpriced - but now that I realize what sort of organization they are, I can lump them in with the others I refuse to patronize; namely GE (they bring good things to our enemy) and Citgo (if Kennedy wants to patronize a skunk like Chavez that's his business).

Scotty McClellan forms a contrary opinion and half the newspeople in the country wet themselves in anticipation.
His opinion being as valuable or as value-less as anyone else's.
One Senator called for a subpoena and an investigation (no surprise there. as long as we're footing the bill, our representatives have no problem calling for costly investigations.. the real surprise wasthat it wasn't Chuck "get out of my key light" Schumer)..
Anyway, what does it say about a guy's character if he tells the American public one thing but secretly disagrees? (to me it says that he has none).

The whole contratemps reminds me of the scene in The Godfather where Michael has been forewarned by his father that whoever comes to him with the Barzini deal will be the traitor. Keep a close eye on how many socialist journalists clap their hands together as they smell Bush's blood in the water and swirl around like fevered shark. Indeed you don't have far to go these days to spot the bad apples.
